Therefore, we as men must work to be free of spiritual isolation and establish relationships with others. We do this not only to remain accountable with each other, but, to also maintain the exhilaration, joy, and gratitude as a result of a life with Christ and to also help others get to such a place in life.

There are many, many examples of our lives that can be used to help others, especially the difficulties and hardships that God has brought us through.
